TM59 outlines a standardised method for predicting overheating risk in residential buildings using dynamic thermal analysis that focused on apartments and houses.
The aim of ο»ΏTM59 is to encourage comfortable, well-designed buildings without over-reliance on mechanical cooling, through a simple and practical test, resulting in its adoption for building code and rating tool compliance.
On May 29th, Darren O'Dea (Co-Founder and Co-Director) gave a practical overview of our new TM59 workflow, including a detailed look at its application, results and reporting.
