Create a Design

When working within a Project, you can create Designs focused on specific Building Elements such as a wall, roof, floor, or glazing system. Alternatively, it can be a comprehensive Building Simulation that covers the entire building.

Creating a Design will automatically inherit the Project requirements initially set when the Project was created. This ensures consistency and alignment throughout your design process. Here is a quick example that creates a Wall System design.

Select a Project where you would like to create a Design. In this case, 'My First Project' is created. Next, left-click '+ Create Design', and nominate a 'Title' and the type of Design you want. Then, left-click '+ Create', and this Design will be stored in your Project.

Designs can be copied within a Project or shared with Guests. This allows for easy transfer of Designs between Projects and collaboration with external stakeholders.
