Nogging Height

A nogging is a horizontal member that runs between studs. It provides lateral support to studs and contributes to the overall % of the frame area of a wall.

To nominate a Nogging Height, navigate to the 'Edit Framing' button and then to the Noggin slider. Then, appoint the height of the nogging. This revised nogging height will then change the overall % of the frame area.
